Who We Are

Turnkey Transfers ("we", "us", "our") operates the browser-based tools available at turnkeytransfers.com, including Turnkey Clean (TK–01), Turnkey Convert (TK–02), and the Gang Sheet Builder (TK–03). We are the data controller for any personal data we collect.

What We Collect

We collect as little as possible. Here's what we may collect depending on how you use the site:

File Processing

All file processing in our free tools (SVG cleaning, image conversion) happens client-side in your browser. Files are never uploaded to our servers. We have no technical ability to access, read, or retain them.

Third-Party Services

We may use the following third parties who may process data on our behalf:

• Analytics provider (e.g. Google Analytics or privacy-first alternative) — aggregated usage data
• Hosting provider (Vercel, Cloudflare) — infrastructure; may log IP addresses briefly for security
• Payment processor (future) — handles billing for paid features; we do not store card details

Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Legitimate interests — analytics to improve our service
• Contract — processing necessary to deliver paid services you've purchased
• Consent — where we ask for it (e.g. cookies)
• Legal obligation — where required by law

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months then automatically deleted. Contact emails are retained for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry. We do not sell your data to anyone.

International Transfers

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you are accessing from the EU/EEA, your analytics data may be transferred internationally. We use providers that maintain appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Agreement

By accessing or using any Turnkey Transfers tool or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and operators who access or use our services.

Use of Services

Turnkey Transfers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our tools for your personal or business apparel printing workflow. This licence does not include:

• Reselling or redistributing our tools or processed outputs as a competing service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our source code
• Automated scraping or bulk access beyond normal use
• Any use that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (see below)

Your Files and Content

You retain full ownership of any files you process through our tools. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we do not receive, access, or store your files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you process.

Our Intellectual Property

The Turnkey Transfers name, logo, tool interfaces, underlying code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Turnkey Transfers. Nothing in these terms transfers any IP rights to you.

Accounts (Future)

Paid or premium features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Payments and Refunds (Future)

Pricing for paid tools will be listed at the point of purchase. All fees are in USD unless stated otherwise. Refund eligibility will be specified at time of purchase.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Turnkey Transfers available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnkey Transfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if no fees were paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Permitted Use

Turnkey Transfers tools are designed for home-based and small-scale apparel printing businesses. Permitted uses include:

• Cleaning, converting, and preparing artwork files for DTF, HTV, or heat press printing
• Building gang sheets for personal or client production
• Internal business workflow management
• Any other lawful use consistent with the tools' intended purpose

Prohibited Use

You must not use Turnkey Transfers to:

• Process files containing illegal content, including but not limited to content that violates intellectual property rights you do not hold
• Upload, process, or distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful files
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the site beyond normal use
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Impersonate Turnkey Transfers or any other person or entity
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Resell or commercially exploit our tools or interfaces without written permission

Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licences, or permissions to any artwork, logos, graphics, or content you process using our tools. Turnkey Transfers does not review your file contents and cannot be responsible for IP infringement arising from your use.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service, without notice in serious cases. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

No Warranty

Turnkey Transfers tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components
• Output files will be suitable for any particular printer, substrate, or production method
• Processed artwork will meet any specific print quality, colour accuracy, or dimensional standard
• Results will be compatible with all third-party software, RIPs, or hardware

Print Outcomes

Output quality depends on factors beyond our control including your source file quality, printer calibration, film and ink specifications, press settings, and operator technique. Turnkey Transfers is not responsible for print defects, wasted materials, or failed jobs arising from processed files.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or resources for your convenience. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Our Commitment

Known Limitations

We are an independent operator actively improving the product. Some areas we are still working on:

• Full screen reader testing across all tool interactions (in progress)
• Alternative text for all dynamically generated visual outputs
• ARIA live regions for processing status updates in tools
